Read the Bible in a year... the EASY way!
For several years, we have encouraged people to read the Bible using our "Bible in a Year" reading plan, which you can download by clicking HERE. That plan is effective, but there's an even easier way to read the Bible in a year.
If you don't want to consult a reading list every day for the chapters you're supposed to read, then do this:
- During the week - Monday thru Friday - read three chapters a day
- On weekends - Saturday and Sunday - read four chapters a day
That schedule actually completes reading the Bible in four or five days less than a year, but the end result is the same: You will read the ENTIRE Bible in a year!
- QUESTIONS -
- Where do you start? Anywhere! Old or New Testament. Any book. Just bookmark your location every day.
- Can you read some from the Old and New Testaments each day? Of course! Just realize that the New Testament has FAR fewer chapters than the Old Testament, which means once you finish the New Testament, you'll read nothing but Old Testament chapters for the duration of the plan.
Whether you use one of our reading plans, a plan from another source, or one you create yourself, we'd love to hear from you as your journey progresses and when you finish. Use the contact box at the right to drop us a line!
