Connections to Other Churches
As an active partner in the United Township Body of Christ (UTBOC), our church gathers with area congregations of many varieties for both worship and service.
Common Table Ministries
Common Table ministries call the Body of Christ to lead by example when it comes to bridging the racial divides in our society. Representatives from congregations of various racially and culturally diverse constructions meet to plan events, meals, trainings, and other ways to bring people from multiple racial backgrounds, to set the example for the culture around us.
Community Praise and Worship
The worship shared by our churches includes a gathering on Good Friday, which commemorates the day Jesus died on the cross, and a praise worship experience usually held on the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day.
The United Township Clergy Association
Clergy from UTBOC congregations gather regularly for personal and professional support, and to lead UTBOC churches toward greater, more effective shared ministries. Our pastor, Bill Coley, has served as Association moderator for more than a decade.
