Recipe: Spaghetti Casserole

In response to the requests she received for it, Paulette Anderson offers this recipe for the spaghetti casserole she prepared for a recent church event.
Spaghetti Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound hamburger
- 32 ounces Prego Traditional sauce (or more to suit taste)
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Brown and drain hamburger
- Cook and drain spaghetti for shortest recommended time
- Beat eggs and mix into milk
- Combine milk mixture with parmesan
- Mix egg-milk-cheese into cooked spaghetti
- Spread spaghetti mixture into 9"x13" casserole pan
- Mix seasonings into cooked hamburger
- Spread meat over spaghetti
- Spread spaghetti sauce over the meat
- Top with layer of mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown
- Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
